CC&RS & BYLAWS
& POLICIES
These are some of
the key documents we use
to guide us.

Owners & residents are required by state law to comply with rules, regulations, and CC&Rs.
CC&RS & BYLAWS
Here are Cedarglen UOA's Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, and bylaws.
-
Original 1973: CC&Rs and bylaws.
-
Amendment 2007:

ASSESSMENTS
Here's how we each pay our fair share:
-
Dues/common expenses: owners pay monthly, and on-time.
-
The Association follows procedures when owners are delinquent.
ENFORCEMENT
Enforcement and fines help ensure that all residents have an equal right to peaceful enjoyment; everyone pulls their weight.
CONDUCT & CONFLICT
Board members and officers are asked to sign this doc. to assure owners that those serving the Association are committed to:
-
fairly and transparently carry out their duties, while preserving confidentiality.
Architectural Review
The CC&Rs protect our visual appeal. If you want to enhance your exterior, you need to file an Architectural Review.
-
See ams-nw.com/portal to submit an Architectural Review to comply with Association regulations.
PARKING
Parking for residents and guests of Cedarglen is governed by the rules set forth in our parking policy and allowable parking spaces are defined in the accompanying map.
Approved Glennbrooke Ridge-Cedarglen Parking Agreement allows for use of Areas A, B and C. Compliance is required.
PETS
We love our furry friends, but because pets involve issues of health and safety, we follow rules set by MultCoPets.
-
Dogs must be leashed if outside.
-
Dogs must be controlled by owners.
-
Dog owners must clean up after dogs.
-
Cats not allowed to roam free outside.
WILDLIFE
Living at the forest edge has its perks, and pests. To ensure a healthy environment:
-
Bird & wildlife feeders are prohibited.
-
No pet food on patios and decks.
APPEARANCE
A good neighborhood is seen in the way neighbors ensure clean, safe, and enjoyable private and shared grounds.
-
Owners keep up interiors, and
-
Maintain outside appearances.
TRASH & RECYCLE
HOA fees cover the cost of trash & recycle.
-
Containers out by 6 a.m. Friday.
-
Lids closed / ask to share if full.
-
Containers out of sight by end of day.
