FIRST STEP:REGISTER

Owners & renters, visit REGISTER to enter your contact information and vehicles as a member of Cedarglen. It's for the safety of our community and is kept confidential.

FIRST CONTACT:AMS

AMS is our management provider and your first contact for Cedarglen needs – from upgrades, to financial questions.

  • Go to ams-nw.com/portal.​

  • Type Cedarglen in search field.

  • Select Cedarglen.

  • Click Create login. 

  • Enter account # (to get #, contact AMS) then follow directions.

  • See email from Caliber Portal Account Registration to complete the process.

The MEETINGs

Monthly BOARD Meetings 

Board meetings are held monthly. Owners are encouraged to attend, and may email questions & comments a week in advance. See HOME for the next meeting. 

Annual OWNER'S Meeting 

Our Cedarglen Owner's Annual Meeting takes place in June. It's highly important for all owners to attend. Agenda: election of Board of Directors, financial and project mid-year reports, and an open forum.

Cedarglen is governed by five board members elected for two year terms by vote of owners at the Annual Meeting.

ASSESSMENTS

MONTHLY DUES 

These payments help fund common element maintenance, trash & recycle, water & sewer, 'walls out' insurance, land purchase, and reserve fund contributions.

How to pay:

  • Set up ACH payment through the AMS Owner Portal to have the current fee ($625.00) automatically withdrawn.

  • To pay through your bank or write a personal check, make payment the current fee, plus $3 processing fee. 

    • Include your AMS account # on your bank or check payment.

    • Send to:

SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS 

When it's determined by the board that a major capital improvement is required that cannot be covered by our monthly dues, it may be necessary to fund that improvement through a special assessment, distributing the costs equally among all homeowners.​
